We have a range of delivery options available for you so you can get your delivery
exactly when you need it and a returns policy that’s fair, fast and free.
Delivery:
Next day delivery (STANDARD)
We deliver next day to all of mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
We have distribution centres throughout the UK, so we can make sure we get your delivery to you fast efficiently and by local drivers who have local knowledge.
Orders will usually be delivered between 8am and 6pm.
Orders for next working day delivery must be placed by 5.30pm.
Next day delivery is free for orders over £34.99.
Orders under £34.99 we charge £4.50 for delivery.
Pre noon & Pre 10am delivery
OK so you cant leave it on hope alone that you might see the delivery guy before your deadline… then get your delivery guaranteed before next day 12 noon or 10am.
Simply contact us and we will make sure it happens.
Next day pre 12 noon delivery we charge £11.99
Next day pre 10am delivery we charge £14.99
Same day delivery:
Need it SAME DAY we can deliver same day to the following London postcodes:
W1, W2, WC1, WC2, SW1, SE1, N1, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1, E2, E3, E14, E15, E16.
Prices for other postcodes available on request.
Sameday delivery is FREE for orders over £50. if placed by 12pm.
For sameday orders under £50. or placed after 12pm we charge £11.99.
If you need it sameday to one of the above postcodes and you need it within 3 hours and if it will fit on a bike then we can get it to you for a £13.99 charge.
Other important delivery information:
Orders placed after 5.30pm on Friday will be processed on the following working day (Monday) and delivered the day after (Tuesday).
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man & Channel Islands incur an extra delivery charge. We will contact you immediately if this applies to your order and only proceed with your approval.
We can deliver sameday to other UK postcodes. Please contact us for a price.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Some items such as Furniture, large electrical appliances and some safes may incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you immediately if this applies to your order and only proceed with your approval.
Furniture, some large electrical appliances and some safes can only be delivered to the ground floor.
Returns:
Returns Policy:
We have a “No Quibbles Return” policy which means you can return anything you order from us within 21 days of receiving it. The only items we exclude from our returns policy are special order items (non catalogue items), food and beverage items and software. Items returned within 21 days will receive a full credit and will be collected at no charge to you.
We ask is that the product is in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please note we can only accept returned toner & ink cartridges that haven't been taken out from their vacuum sealed packaging.
For small or fragile items please make sure they are placed in to a box which is then sealed.
How to return an item:
You can return items online by logging in and then going to Recent Orders, selecting the order and then selecting the item you need to return.
You will receive a confirmation email accepting your return and the goods will be picked up in the next 2 days.
You can also return items by contacting us and we will do the rest.
How to exchange an item:
Ordered the wrong item and need to exchange it… no problem… Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will simply credit you for the item and we’ll have it collected within the next 2 days. Then all you need to do is re-order the correct item via the website and you’ll have it next day.
Damaged & incorrect goods delivered.
In the very unlikely event you receive an incorrect product from what you ordered or it arrives damaged then just contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will simply credit you for the item and we’ll have it collected within the next 2 days.
Then all you need to do is re-order the item again via the website and you’ll have it next day.
