Where
do you deliver?
We deliver
to all of the United Kingdom mainland.
A limited number
of remote postcodes are subject to an additional delivery charge.
We will notify you immediately if this applies to your order, and
we will only proceed with your approval.
We can also deliver
to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Isle
of Man & Channel Islands for an additional delivery charge, please
call us for delivery prices for these specific delivery areas.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed by 5.30pm will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders
received on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered
on Tuesday.
Some items such as furniture, electrical or special order items may
have a longer delivery lead-time. We will notify you immediately if
this applies to your order.
How
much will delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over £30 (Exc VAT).
A
charge of £3.99 will be made on orders under £30 (Exc VAT).
Returns
What is the returns policy?
We offer a “No Quibble Return” policy.

within 30 days of receipt via the Contact Us link on the homepage within
FOURTEEN DAYS of receipt and we will arrange for a collection at no
charge to you. You will receive a full credit. Damaged items and shortages
need to be brought to our attention within three days.
We
may accept returns for items not required after fourteen days but at
our discretion and less than 100% credit value.
Please
note that due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept
returns on any food or beverage goods, including biscuits, coffee or
water.
How
do I make a return?
To make a return, please repackage the item in the original packaging
(including all manuals and component parts) and contact us to arrange
for pick-up. Please do not send in any items by post. Returned products
must be in an unused and resalable condition unless they are defective
or were damaged upon receipt.
Payment
How Do I Pay for my order?
Credit/Debit
Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron and Visa Purchasing
Cards. We recommend that you submit your credit card details when requested
at the payment option screen at the end of your order. Alternatively,
you may call us with your payment details to finish the last part of
your online transaction.
Account
facility
Business Customers can open a 30-day FREE credit account. We will issue
a VAT invoice to you after the delivery of your order. Payment terms
are strictly 30 days net from invoice date.
How
do I open a business account?
Please contact us to open a business account.
We can in normal conditions credit check and open a business account
the same day.
